On April 1980, the Spirit Airlines were established. At first the head quarters of this airlines located in Michigan. In 1999 the head quarters shifts from Michigan to Miramar, Florida. This Airlines having 2,200 employees, running 125 flights daily to 36 places. The Spirit expands its services Chicago market to Los Angles on the Concept of coast-to-coast service.

The Spirit Airlines provides different packages like Travel insurance, Vacation packages, Golf Tee Times and tours and Discounted Airport Parking and more. The Spirit Airlines low cost model compelled from new aircraft, using advanced technology, great skillfulness and contains devoted staff. It deals with millions of customers in Latin America, United States and Caribbean concept of savings. The Spirit Offers better service to world's famous destinations.

Summary
Congratulations! Thanks for charging for carryon luggage. I have not used your airlines but given the opportunity would do so in a heart beat. I always check my luggage and DO NOT carry on anything that needs to go in the overhead. I am sick and tired of dealing with uncaring, selfish people who tie up the aisles trying to get their oversized luggage in the overhead and while doing so frequently hit you in the head. It's time for it to stop and you've taken the necessary steps to make this an airline policy for all airlines. I can only hope the others will follow suit. And hope you make a lot of money for this new charge..

Summary
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I have not received because the 1-800 # listed gives you a busy signal and kicks you out. We purchased 26 tickets to Costa Rica from Chicago and have been trying to resolve & modify a few tickets and have been unsuccessful due to the lack of customer service.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SPIRIT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
