your customer service can use some work, I dont mean to be rude but i Have been calling you since 10 am this morning and the line has been busy. Its ridiculous, i have tried over 10 times today. Im sure your sales reps are wonderful people but I would like to get in touch with them so I can make a decision, All i have received is the busy tone ALL DAY.. |

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I have not received because the 1-800 # listed gives you a busy signal and kicks you out. We purchased 26 tickets to Costa Rica from Chicago and have been trying to resolve & modify a few tickets and have been unsuccessful due to the lack of customer service.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SPIRIT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!. |
