Summary
We really didn't like the service we got from Manila to Tagbilaran when we boarded last April 4th. Our seat assignment were in business class with my husband and somebody just came and without any explanation a guy (TSA Ground Officer)together with the woman, so called Achor R. Gonzaga, sister of Emma R. Casenas, assigned at PAL Office Tagbilaran told the flight attendant to get our seat assignment stub which is 03F and 03E and gave it to him. The TSA Officer changed our seat number to 06A and 06B using a pen. We were so embarrassed and upset for we were transfered without any explanation to the new ordered seat 06A and 06B(economy). The one sitting our seat assignment was now Achor R. Gonzaga, as what we were told she was an employee of PAL Manila base. Is that how you guys treat your paid passengers? Are your employees, except the CEO's are the ones given priorities over the paid passengers? As I know, through other huge worldwide airlines, that it should be the paid passengers are the ones given priorities over the airline employees. If the case is reverse it is so unfair for your paid passengers! We went to the PAL Tagbilaran office which is at the Tagbilaran airport and we talked to Emma Relampagos Casenas, and she told us that her sister Achor R. Gonzaga bought a 50% business class airfare that's why she was sitting in the business class seat. at first, she didn't know that it was her sister who were sitting in my husband's assigned seat(03F). When we showed her our seat number she then told us that it was not a business class seat, the 03F and 03E. Then she keeps saying that her sister bought a 50% business class seat...her explanations contradicted the situation. I hope she is not lying! she was surprised when we told her that it was her sister who took my husband's seat the 03F and we were moved to 06A and 06B by the flight attendant. The flight from Manila to Tagbilaran arrived at 4:00pm April 4. Thank you so much! We were not happy with the service you gave us..

I booked a flight from Honolulu to Manila via Philippine Airlines. I had chosen Philippine Air because it was the only Airline that offered a direct flight to Manila. Also, fares of flights were cheap. They provided drinks at low cost.. .

I find Philippine Airlines a reliable airline service. Excellent meals for such a short flight. Certainly is much more than what one normally gets on a similar flight from a US carrier. It was nice of them to serve this snack before we landed. The flight itself was excellent...
