Mexicana Airlines
The Mexicana Airlines was established in 1921 with its headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico. Mexicana Airlines is the leading international airline in Mexico. It also operates international and domestic services to North America, Caribbean, and central and South America. And its main base is Mexico City international airport, with its hubs at Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla international airport and Cancun international airport.
Mexicana's first aircraft type was a two seat biplane which of the Lincoln Standard, starting operations with two airplanes of the type. In 1929, the Mexicana company opened its first international route, with service to the United States. Mexicana initially used Douglas DC-2s for these flights but, as time went on, bigger aircrafts like the Douglas DC-3s, were adopted and then later the Douglas DC-4s. In 1960 Mexicana Airlines started the first jet service between Mexico City and Los Angeles. In 1990s the Airline integrated European built Airbus A320s in 1991 and Dutch Fokker F100s in 1992.
In 2003, the Mexicana airline retired the Boeing 727 after operating the type for almost four decades and these aircrafts were replaced with the newer A318, A319, and A320 models. During 1995 to 2005, Mexicana was merged with AeroMexico as a part of CINTRA. The 2005 was an important year for Mexican aviation as several low cost carriers were established in Mexico. Mexicana offers both the economy and business class service on all of its flights.

With the help of these airbuses it controls the routes like Argentina, Central America, South America, Cuba, USA and Canada with Medium haul and Long haul routes. Mexicana Airlines previously works with Boeing 757-200 Mexicana had eight of the type, Douglas DC-3, DC-8F, Boeing 727-64 is the first aircraft of this type were fitted with rocket aided engines for take off. McDonnell Douglas DC-10-15 is retired from its service in 1995.

It is the leading airline in America and it has over eight decades of good history. Also Mexicana Airlines was the first airline in the world to make an international flight, which connects the Mexico and the United States.
