The Gulf Airlines launched in 1950 as Aviation Company, this airlines owned by the kingdom of Bahrain, Gulf Airlines is started with a small scale commuter services, now Gulf air is one of the major international airline and this airlines are serving forty six destinations worldwide. Gulf airline is having main base, it main base was Abu Dhabi international airport, it is located between Bahrain and Muscat. And the latest aviation technology is an adherence the traditional hospitality. Gulf airline appointed the female pilot and made history, the first Airlines in the region to do so. And the nationalism of a female pilot is French, flying the gulf traveler Boeing 767.And the name of the female pilot is Caroline Le Cann.

Gulf air was using ten Airbus and also used six A330-200s powered by the Trent 700, Gulf air used 11 A320 airplanes in the year 2004.And the thing is fleet of nine wide Boeing 767-300ER jets are used in all economy class from June 2004.Its main aim is to provide leisure for foreign worker .This subsidiary have its own name called Gulf Traveler. Gulf Airlines fly nine times in a week from Heathrow to Muscat and twelve times to Abu Dhabi, it provides different class for customer like first class service and business class services they provide classes according to the need of passenger. It also includes premium cabins.

Gulf Airlines join the world aviation system in the year 1981 and is represented throughout Australia. Gulf airline started direct flight between Dubai and London, Muscat and London, daily service between Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. And the best record for the Gulf airline is carried a record 7.5 million passenger in the year 2004. Award won by Gulf Airlines in the year 2007,for best economy class food.

SYD-SIN-BAH, 3-day stopover then on to LHR in Business Class. My wife and I travelled on Senior Fares in our first Gulf Air experience. There was not one aspect of the whole trip which could be faulted. Limousine Service, Check-In and Lounges at Sydney and Bahrain, Superb Meals on Board, Sleeping comfort Beds, best Flight Attendants.
